Most orders leave our warehouse 24 hours after they are placed. Following a holiday weekend, sale or a new product launch, we might need a couple extra days to catch up with packing.

1. Lucky bag series products:

• Open in the live: You can apply for a refund before opening it, and it will not be returned or exchanged after opening.
• Open by yourself: You can apply for a refund before the order is shipped. After the order is shipped, there is no refund or exchange.

2.Finished series products:

• Returns available within 30 days. When returning the product, please keep the product packaging intact and without traces of use. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
